WARANTY
Please note that any damages caused by negligence, accidents or misuse will not be covered by our warranty. Any repairs or modifications performed by third parties will void the The Bed Avenue warranty.
Our products are handmade with a personalized attention to detail. We handcraft our upholstered furniture with care from beginning to end all the way from the construction of our frames to the finishing touches. Our furniture is made from natural materials which makes it perfectly normal to find small differences between pieces, from photos, new production or floor models.
FRAMES:
Our frames have a lifetime warranty.
This warranty is valid only when upholstering is performed by The Bed Avenue.
FABRIC:
For fabrics maintained under normal conditions, The Bed Avenue offers a one (1) year warranty on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover fading, pilling or shrinking which may occur under normal conditions. Cuts, holes, burns, and damages caused by pets and sun exposure or from insufficient cleaning are excluded. This warranty does not apply to outsourced fabrics. We’ve carefully chosen our gallery of fabrics to offer the best quality upholstery textiles for normal residential use.
LEATHER:
Leather carries a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against splitting and seam splitting. This natural material may contain colour variations due to natural animal markings, grain, wrinkles or brands which are considered normal and not defects. No two hides are alike and variances may occur on the same hide. Outsourced leathers, fading, stretching, wrinkling and dye lot variances are not covered by this warranty.
HANDLING:
We carefully inspect and wrap your furniture in plastic before it leaves our factory. Please make sure to inspect your furniture upon arrival. Clients are responsible for making any and all claims to the delivery team before they leave. The Bed Avenue will not be held responsible for damages thereafter.
POST-DELIVERY SERVICE CALLS:
Please contact us with any problems or questions concerning our products or warranties. One of our technicians will determine if your service call is under warranty. There is a $100.00 fee for service calls not under warranty and additional fees will apply for any parts needed
